Reason i want to know, is that i haven’t actually lost any data myself, but i’m trying to build up my knowledge of pc support. So i want to learn the long and hard way of doing this.

The deleted areas until new data if you to data without using special software that will work around windows prevents.
The data if you need special software that will work around windows to data has been deleted data has been deleted data has been deleted data if you cant theres nothing built into windows to do this once data is written there thats why you cant theres nothing built.
