I am a MYOB certified consultant and I want a very small amount of design grapic made. Can I go somewhere and offer to exchange 30 minutes of my time for 30 minutes of each other. I'm getting the badges compound and the type who wants composed wants to give him a JPEG 76mm * 25mm, with a trade mark &; my name in the source of Trebuchet. I'm losing time around with it, but the brand seems to unfasten the relative friability / sharpness on the software I'm using. Suggestions?

No you can’t do that. It is against the law here in the states.
